Disclosure Reporting Specialist (1Y contract)

 

 

[Your tasks and responsibilities]

This position prepares reports on actual economic benefits given by Bayer Korea to Healthcare Professionals(HCPs) based on the data in a reporting system, and monitors the data for risk management regularly.
This position administrates the reporting system to maintain and manage all the records for the reports to the Minister of Health and Welfare(MOHW).

1. Administrate and operate the reporting system to maintain all the information for K-sunshine Act.
2. Maintain records and evidence for HCP-related expense reports to the Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW), Korean Research-based Pharmaceutical Industry Association(KRPIA)
3. Prepare reports in a timely manner for MOHW according to the government guidelines
4. Provide regular reports to KRPIA and the internal management
5. Monitor the data in the reporting system to assure the report quality on a regular basis
6. Perform specific trainings to users and create the manuals
7. Handle the requests from internal users regarding the use of the system and the actual benefits given by Bayer Korea to HCPs
8. Collect relevant data from various internal and external sources and manage the data accordingly
9. Support to develop process and SOPs

 

 

[Qualifications / Requirement]

- Bachelor’s Degree of University (or equivalent)
- Experience of pharmaceutical industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
- Good training and presentation skill
- Knowledge and skills of computer applications or system
- Understanding of processes and guidelines regarding the pharmaceutical market
- Efficient time management & multi-tasking skill
- Appropriate discrimination in handling of highly sensitive information
- Proficient in written and spoken English
