CVT Scientific/Medical Advisor

[Your tasks and responsibilities]

- Support MATA manager to develop and implement the local medical plan to address unmet medical needs

- Collaborate with MSL to seek input from MSL insights for development of local medical plan and to execute medical activities. 

- Support MATA manager to create convincing communication concepts in cooperation with internal colleagues and external partners

- Engage with key opinion leaders to establish scientific leadership

- Distil clear content from the wealth of scientific data

- Contribute to a flow of relevant publications

- Contribute to a digital strategy

- Act as member of the multidisciplinary brand team

- Provide medical expertise to brand teams

- Provide medical expertise on content development of promotional materials

- Approve promotional materials

- Provide effective Medical/clinical trainings (basic science and disease knowledge, drug profile, clinical data) to internal colleagues

[Qualifications / Requirement]

Requirement:

For the Medical Advisor: Medical Doctor (MD)

For the Scientific Advisor: min 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry as an MSL

For the role is desirable:

- Experience in driving and managing the medical strategy for various brands in the pharmaceutical industry.

- Clinical research and trial management experience, and be able to interact authoritatively with key stakeholders and investigators.

- Excellent presentation and teaching skills to represent the company in a professional manner at medical, scientific and public events.

- Highly effective communicator both orally and in writing; can get ideas across one-on-in, in group settings as well as in presentations.

- Ability to form relationships quickly and have demonstrable persuasive abilities.

- Strong team player and know how to collaborate and engage many stakeholders across a large organization.

- Strategic thinking, results oriented attitude and adaptability.

- Independent, self-driven, pro-active, extrovert, dynamic and innovative.

- Exceptional leadership capabilities; ability to motivate. Highly organized with attention to detail

- Good analytical and numerical abilities
