1. Manage supply chain activities from material planning to delivery monitoring of

3rd party materials (PM, RM, AI and trading goods)

2. Planning and determining material requirements by making best use of MRP optimized

3. Monitor for on-time delivery and maintain weekly update of delivery plans for utmost

customer satisfaction level

4. Analyzing and communicating the results of the materials requirements planning received

from production planner and demand planner and make the necessary adjustments

and ensure material supply plan changes according to agreed timelines.

5. Conducting required custom clearance process for the all 3rd party materials purchase.

6. Analyzing and determining optimum inventory levels & safety stocks of materials

for production.

7. Managing the call-offs from the suppliers based on the changing requirements of

production and communicating with procurement

8. Support for Export vessel booking

9. Coordinating the transportation of importation of products/materials and submit

the necessary lists to Finance

1. An ability to work logically and analytically with a minimum of supervision based on

agreed action plans

2. Knowledge of the purchasing process as well as an understanding and knowledge of

the general operation

3. Knowledge of Procurement Environment in which the BCS Agricultural business operates

and Agrochemical business as it relates to the Korean market desirable

4. Business experience in administration department (e.g. planning, demand management,

procurement, supply chain management or logistics..) more than three years

5. University degree in academic careers

6. Ability to possess good relationship with internal/external customers

2. SAP, APO (in particular MRP), Balanced Scored Card

3. Language: Good communication of English in writing, reading and speaking
