National Sales Manager
[Your Tasks and Responsibilities]
- Establish and implement TA(Therapeutic Area)
sales strategy in alignment with the marketing strategy
- Deliver sales performance and relevant Brand Key
Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to exceed BU target within expense
budget
- Allocate financial and personnel resources to
meet or exceed TA sales target
- Coach Area Managers’ performance and develop AMs
to obtain required business & scientific competency and to ensure evidence
based sales practices
- Represent the TA sales and initiate necessary
communication both externally and internally (e.g. cross functional teams)
- Manage key accounts in the responsible TA and
ensure product related scientific information is efficiently delivered
- Forecast demand regularly and set up yearly
sales plan for the TA
- Manage sales force sizing and structure by
collecting, analyzing and reporting necessary information in cooperation with
sales excellence team
- Comply with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical business practices, with full understanding of the code of conducts while ensuring complete compliance of all TA sales activities
[Qualifications / Requirement]
- Degree in Science or Business related
- At least 10 year experience in marketing and
sales, including 4-5 years in a managerial capacity
- Proven track record in leading a team with
strong leadership and people oriented
- Proven experience in strategic commercial
planning & execution, sales analysis and sales excellence tools &
techniques
- Possess a high level of business ethics,
integrity and professionalism and the ability to ensure those standards
- Dynamic, innovative, forward looking and
customer oriented
- Collaborative and strong stakeholder management
- Strong communication and relationship building
skills
- Good command of English, both spoken &
written
