Jr. Business Intelligence Analyst
 (육아휴직 대체 12개월 계약직)  

[Position purpose]  

This role will work in close cooperation with BI manager, product management and finance to find opportunities to improve and expand our business. We are looking for junior Business Intelligence Analyst who contributes to support business decisions by providing insights and trends on agriculture and crop protection market, especially on products, customers and competitors for marketing strategy building.

[Major Roles & Responsibilities]  

● Consolidate data on customers, competitors and market and proactively collaborate with relevant teams to capture key business insights, in order to support for business decision making

● Prepare monthly analysis and reporting of sales performance; prepare other regular and ad-hoc reports 

● Support Business Intelligence manager in Japan for global market database with high level of accuracy and reporting the data set

● Support management team to prepare budget presentation with market analysis

[Qualifications / Requirement]

● Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or related degree preferred 

●Below 3-year experiences in product marketing, business intelligence or analyst; experiences in Crop protection industry preferred

● Good communication capability in Korean and English (speaking and writing)  

● Advanced IT skills (Excel, Database management, business analytics tools) and Power BI preferred. 

● Strong analytical skills with accuracy 

● Strong learning agility

● Inter-personal communication skill
