Disclosure Reporting Specialist (2 Years Contract) 

[Major tasks and responsibilities of position]

This position holder administrates and operates the disclosure reporting system to maintain and manage all the records for the reports to the Minister of Health and Welfare(MOHW). This position holder is to support to meet the government’s requirements that we shall make reports on actual benefits given by Bayer Korea to HCPs using the disclosure reporting system. This position holder also monitors the data for risk management.

사용자가 정부 및 관련 법규가 요구하는 기준과 항목에 맞게 지출 보고서 시스템에 자료를 입력할 수 있도록 교육/안내하는 업무를 수행합니다. 또한, 리스크 관리 차원에서 관련 자료를 모니터합니다. )

• Administrate and operate the disclosure reporting system to maintain the records and the information for the reports to the Ministry of Health and Welfare(MOHW)
  (보건복지부에 보고되는 모든 기록과 정보를 관리하는 지출 보고 시스템을 운영, 관리)
  
  
• Prepare reports of MOHW/KRPIA/European Crystal with relevant evidence in a timely manner
  (보건복지부/KRPIA/유럽 Crystal 보고를 위한 자료와 보고서 준비)
  
  
• Monitor the data embedded in the reporting system and provide the regular reports to the management
  (지출 보고 시스템에 입력된 내용을 모니터하고 해당 내용에 대한 정기적인 리포트를 매니지먼트에 제공)
  
  
• Validate and maintain various internal and external data sources to ensure the report quality and completeness of the report
  (지출 보고서 완성도 제고를 위해 지출 보고서에 사용된 제반 data 검증 및 확인)
  
  
• Perform specific trainings to users and create the manual in regard to the reporting system
  (지출 보고 시스템 사용자 교육 수행 및 매뉴얼 작성)
  
  
• Guide users on how to handle exceptions regarding data entry in accordance with relevant regulations
  (지출 보고서 작성 시 예외 및 특이 사항에 대한 관련 규정에 기반하여 작성 방법 안내 및 공지)
  
  
• Handle the requests from the internal users regarding the use of the system
  (지출 보고 시스템 사용 방법 개별 문의에 대한 안내 및 답변)
  
  
• Facilitate timely exchange of information discovered through regular monitoring and managing the reporting system with relevant functions
  (정기 모니터링을 통해 발견된 내용을 적시에 관련 부서와 공유)
  
  
• Optimize and continuously monitor the reporting processes to establish and implement best practice approaches
  (지출 보고 프로세스의 최적화 및 지속적인 모니터링을 통해 모범 사례 수립 및 시행)
  
  
• Support to develop process and SOPs
  (지출 보고 프로세스 향상과 SOP 작성 지원)
  

[Qualifications]

• Bachelor’s Degree of University
  
  
• 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry preferred
  
  
• Experience of various projects and change management preferred
  
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill
  
  
• Structured and logical thinking and analytical capabilities
  
  
• Knowledge and skills of computer applications or system
  
  
• Good training and presentation skill
  
  
• Efficient time management & multi-tasking skills
  
  
• Appropriate discrimination in handling of highly sensitive information
  
  
• Proficient in written and spoken English
