Policy & Advocacy manager  

[Your tasks & Responsibilities]

• Define the strategy and ensure consistent engagement and activation of external stakeholders to improve or secure patient’s access through environment shaping
  
  
• Engage external stakeholders including; 

a) Government/National assembly 

b) Medical / Scientific Societies 

c) Industry and trade associations 

d) Patient Groups 

e) NGOs, Think Tanks, Public Health foundations 

f) Any other relevant local stakeholder or influencer
 

• Monitor healthcare policy trend and ensure opportunity defining and risk mitigation

[Qualifications / Requirement]

• Minimum 7 years experience in pharmaceutical industry or key stakeholder related societies(e.g. National assembly, media, public policy academic groups, researchers) or other similar area.
• Advanced understanding of pharmaceutical industry, healthcare policies and relevant key stakeholders
• Excellence in communication, negotiation skills, strategic thinking, business acumen and fostering collaboration
• Leadership, integrity and accountabilities
