Digital Solutions Business Manager
[Job Description]
- A key leadership role required to collaborate with the APAC Digital Solutions team to build a sustainable blueprint for the Digital Solutions business in Korea, working closely with local Solutions Business Operations and Marketing function to ensure commercial success.
- Ownership to define the Korean Digital Solutions business go-to-market business strategy which is closely aligned with the global Digital Solutions business brand plan.
- Responsibility to ensure the progress of Digital Solutions business operational activities are on track, increase the efficiency of existing processes, actively pursue strategic and operational projects and objectives.
- Work closely with legal and regulatory departments to ensure compliant activities.
- Build strong relationships and networks with customers, patients, HCPs and other key industry partners to design clear value propositions by in-depth knowledge and understanding of their needs.
- Lead marketing initiatives (e.g., events, digital, PR) as well as coordinate Korean product launch activities in close collaboration with other local, regional and global stakeholders.
- Lead and implement segmentation, targeting, channel and marketing mix strategy taking into consideration customer needs and local market situation working closely with radiology business functions to align approach.
- Lead and train the field force to position & sell the Digital Solutions with their customers working closely with Solutions Business Operations, Sales & Marketing teams to align strategy and solutions messaging.
[Qualifications / Requirement]
- Degree in Computer Science/Computing in Information System or Digital/Technology related relevant discipline or equivalent combination of clinical and experience in Business and management.
- At least 5 years’ experience and proven track record in successfully managing and implementing digital transformation projects in healthcare related company, with knowledge in Data Management & Healthcare systems.
- Well versed in artificial intelligence, big data, data analytics, cloud computing.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and inter-personal skills to lead or collaborate with cross-functional, multi-cultural teams.
- A high proficiency of English is required in both spoken and written forms.
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and experience in technology marketing (SaaS, PaaS, Radiology Workflow, or Tech Products) is advantageous.
- Ability to contribute to and implement organizational strategy.
- Good multi-tasking and execution skills to deliver competing priorities & tasks within deadline.
