임상부 Admin Assistant (12months)
[Job Description]
1. Purchase study related goods and team/ related goods
2. Team level expense - Payment of local shipping vendor, DHL, stationery, local printing vendor, translation vendor, site related cost
3. Support to get document approval from management (including sealing)
4. Logistic support for Internal/External meeting including external staff’s flight arrangement (investigator and study nurse)
5. Project level expense - Payment of study sites, purchace of study related goods, payment for consultation, etc
6. Administrative support for study payment
7. Administrative support for team management
[Qualifications / Requirement]
1. Verbal and written communication in English
2. Good computer skill(MS office)
3. Understanding for payment process
4. Experience for payment related work scope
5. Good communication with stakeholders
