Customs Clearance Specialist (24Months)
[Job Description]
1.
Support all Import Process for Bayer Korea Limited to obtain on-time permit
by authorities through active communication and response with such
authorities. (관련 기관과 적극적인 소통 및 대응을 통해 바이엘코리아(주)의 수출입 화물에 대하여 지연 없이 승인을 받을 수 있도록 세관 신고 업무 지원)
2.
Comply with FTA agreement, HS code classification, Duty exemption or reduction,
Duty Refund, Tariff rate application, Customs valuation and price declaration, Origin indication to observe rules & regulation related to customs. (FTA 협정 준수, HS code 분류, 관세 면제 또는 감면,
관세 환급, 관세율 적용, 관세 평가 및 가격
신고, 원산지 검토 등 관세와 관련된 규칙 및 규정을 준수 하기 위한 업무 지원)
3.
Communicate and collaborate work with Internal Department for Products license
confirm and PO status check and Delivery time confirm / Contact RA, SCM,
Marketing related staff. (수입품목허가증, PO, 배송 확인을
위해 관련된 내부 각 부서 직원과 커뮤니케이션 및 협업 작업 수행)
4.
Confirm shipping documents for fast and accurate import clearance and request
for EDI of import products permit. (빠르고 정확한 수입 통관을 위해 선적 서류등 관련 서류를
검토 하고 수입품목 허가증에 대한 표준 통관 예정 보고서 승인 업무 수행)
5.
Co-ordinate with Customs agency and global forwarder to cost check and on-time
delivery with a leadership (관세사 및 글로벌 포워더와 협력하여 비용 확인 및 정시 배송 업무 지원)
6.
Check for customs clearance related payment with Advance, Settlement and
Payment system through close alliance with AP team and vendors. (글로벌
AP팀 및 업무 파트너와의 밀접한 소통으로 Advance, Settlement 를
Payment system 으로 통관 관련 결제 업무 수행)
7.
Report import results to internal and external parties such as BU, MFDS,
Ministry of Environment and delegated associations. (수출입 관련 실적을 각 사업
부서, 식품의약품안전처, 환경부, 관련 협회 및 관련 기관에 보고 업무 수행)
8.
Active participation in new projects. (새로운 프로젝트에 적극 적인 참여)
[Qualifications /
Requirement]
- Education
: University Graduate,
- Experience
: More than 2 years experienced in the
field of customs clearance
- Good
trade knowledge, inter-personal and OA skill required
- Good
knowledge on customs regulations, foreign exchange law and process
(Classification of import goods and etc.)
- Outstanding
communication skills in both English and Korean required
- Problem
solving and flexibility skills required
- Bachelor
Degree or equivalent work experience in the field of Trade
- Experience
with ERP and advanced planning systems(preference for SAP)
