Risk Manager & Corporate Security Officer

[Job Description]

- Risk Manager

•       Lead and run the yearly cycle of local internal control system (e.g. ICS over financial reporting, IACS) based on global/local control framework
•       Implement and run local Business Continuity Management (BCM) cycle and timely update umbrella BCP and ensure timely update of the rest.
•       Provide strategic, operational and organizational RM consulting on the pre-defined area of local organization. In the event of specific issues, guide, steer and support risk mitigation measures and keep the tracking of follow ups
•       Maintain risk-relevant group/local regulations and timely update(Signature Authorization, ICS, Process Management etc.). Ensure that the regulations is implemented and properly adopted to the relevant IT system.
•       Support global/divisional/functional/ Risk project and local requirements as defined by Country Risk Management.

- Corporate Security Officer

•       Act as contact person for Country Manager & LT including representation of security topics within Business and CLT Meetings
•       Close cooperation and regular exchange with Regional Security Director APAC from Global Security
•       Implement global policies & procedures in country to provide for the protection of the company's assets and assure the quality of local

[Qualifications / Requirement]

•       University degree preferably in Business Administration or Economics.
•       Minimum of 5 years work experience. Strong working experience in life-science business processes, e.g. accounting, order to cash, purchase to pay, etc. Good understanding of go-to-market models, and security in life- science businesses. Internal- and/or external Audit (Management) experience is an advantage.
•       Know-how and experience in Risk Management and Risk Mitigation strategies (e.g. controls, monitoring).
•       Familiarity with the relationship between business decisions and their risk implications is necessary in order to serve as trusted partner and effective change agent.
•       Fluent English and local language skills
•       Knowledge of country requirements about documents, legislation, etc.
•       Outstanding communication and strong interpersonal skills towards senior management.
•       Pro-active, analytical, decisive, self-motivated and results-driven and sensitive to people with varying backgrounds on all managerial levels.
•       Strong team-player
