[Bayer CropScience] Campaign Manager-Fruits



[Tasks and Responsibilities (담당 업무 및 책임)]

- Ensure availability and implementation of effective marketing campaigns for Fruit products in Korea.

- Propose a suitable future portfolio for Fruits in Korea and secure good alignment with regional and global functions in this aspect.

- Define a Go-to-Market strategy for Korea identifying key accounts suitable for implementing through campaign. Built close business relations with these identified key accounts and implement this Go-To-Market strategy.

- Lead the marketing campaign planning process, incorporating feedback from cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., sales, market development, field solution) - this includes both regular (e.g., annual) campaigns and ad-hoc campaigns

- Design/implement and monitor local launch activities of new product aligned with relevant stakeholders.

- Design, implement and monitor customer incentive/loyalty programs and campaigns

- Ensure campaigns are aligned with customer preferences and channel partner needs

- Develop new customer interaction concepts (e.g. integrated offer, financial concepts, loyalty programs, etc.) to enable Crop Science to gain a competitive advantage as appropriate

- Generate campaigns consistent with strategic priorities (e.g., MWBs) and financial goals, Create campaigns around services and integrated solutions to drive demand & customer loyalty

- Propose local Portfolio LCM plan update aligned with relevant internal stakeholders to gain a competitive advantage.

- Lead digital marketing initiative within internal and external stakeholder to consider interaction with big farmer.

 

[Qualifications/Requirement (자격/조건)]

1) Education and Experiences:

-  Bachelor’s degree at Agriculture Science in the University

-  Above 7 year working experience in crop protection industry (marketing/sales/development area)

2) Knowledge and Skills:

- Good knowledge on agricultural practices and grower for major crops

- Good knowledge on marketing principles and analytical tools

- Deep understanding on the business process

- Good communication skill in English

3) Leadership skill: 

-  Interpersonal communication skill

-  Customer orientation

 Ability to work well in cross-functionality
