As a multi country finance business partner, this position supports Korea, Taiwan and HongKong in North Asia cluster of Radiology.

 

[Tasks and Responsibilities (담당 업무 및 책임)]

1. Advise, support and coordinate financial steering of including relevant projects and business case for

Korea & above mentioned North Asia countries of Radiology.

2. Closely partner with country head Korea and his/her leadership team to ensure financial steering; decision making and operational controlling.

3. Be responsible for planning and forecasting for above mentioned countries including relevant advice and support on planning, forecasting topics. 

4. Be responsible for conducting financial deep dives and analysis for specified countries

5. Provide relevant, timely and need based analysis covering internal and external data (industry)

6. Set up user friendly and ready to use financial reporting frame work for use of country commercial teams

7. Support simplification of controlling and finance processes in countries

8. Monitor cost/expense, revenue patterns and support in resource allocations in specified countries

9. Support business cases and all commercial decision making having financial implications

10. Create awareness and adherence to financial steering in country commercial organizations

11. Conduct systematic variance analysis for countries and advise on measures

12. Be part of and support initiatives within area of finance & controlling for specified countries

 

[Qualifications/Requirement (자격/조건)]

1. Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management

2. At least 4~6 years relevant work experience in Accounting, Reporting and Financial Analysis, experience in MNC preferred

3. Knowledge of Supply Chain Management processes, such as inventory management, will be an added advantage

4. Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), data.one and working and knowledge of SAP

5. Ability to manage, prioritize and handle complexity

6. Strong commination and interpersonal skills.

7. A reliable team player

8. Comfortable in managing complexity and ambiguity

9. Networking and stakeholder management

10. High proficiency in English & Korean
