Bayer CropScience Korea's Daejeon plant not only produces finished crop protection products for domestic market of Korea, but also serves as a production hub in the Asia Pacific region.

POSITION:   

Production Supervisor of Bayer CropScience Korea is responsible to plan, direct and coordinate manufacturing activities in the production unit to produce crop protection products. 

He/She will ensure high quality products and solutions at competitive costs by adherence to safety and other legal regulations. 

The role will lead the production unit members under Production team and acts as the deputy manager of the production team manager. 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

[Supervision of Manufacturing activities]

-Ensure proper functioning of facilities and the attainment of production goals set out by plant management

-Continuous check of process design and operation to improve yield and throughput 

-Create and improve operations instructions/ manuals (SOPs and manufacturing instruction)

-External and Internal regulatory compliance (DG, toxic, etc)

[Technical expertise]

-Ensure training on production processes and optimizations

-Management of Projects, e.g. cost saving, performance improvement, investments, integrations.

-Solve production disturbances 

[People Management] 

-Personnel planning, staffing, organization and supervision (incl. training and supervision) 

-Internal communication and information on changes in production. 

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

생산관리 책임자는 작물보호제 생산을 위한 제조활동 계획에 따른 생산과정이나 생산활동을 관리하며 고상 제품 생산팀을 이끌고 생산팀장 대리역할을 수행합니다.

아울러 안전 및 기타 법적 규정을 준수하여 경쟁력 있는 비용으로 고품질 제품 및 솔루션을 제공하도록 합니다. 

주요업무 

[제조 활동 감독]

-생산설비의 안정적인 운영을 통한 목표 달성

-수율 및 생산성 개선을 위한 공정 설계 및 운영의 지속적인 점검

-운영 지침/매뉴얼 작성 및 개선(SOP 및 제조 지침)

-외부 및 내부 규정 준수(DG, 유독성 등)

[기술 전문성]

-생산 프로세스 및 최적화에 대한 교육

-프로젝트 관리(예: 비용 절감, 성능 개선, 투자, 통합).

-생산 문제 해결

[인원 관리]

-인력 계획, 배치, 조직 및 감독(교육 및 감독 포함)

-변경에 대한 내부 커뮤니케이션 및 관리

[Qualification]

-Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, process engineering, industrial engineering or relevant major

-More than 5 years of working experiences in production of international companies, preferably in Crop protection industry/Chemical industry

-ERP(SAP) system maintenance

-Project management experiences

-Fluent in English and Korean

-학사 이상 이공계전공자

-작물보호제 및 화학업계 5년 이상 생산관리 경력자 우대

-ERP(SAP) 시스템  운영 및 관리 경험 우대

-프로젝트 관리 지식 및 경험 우대

-한국어/영어 커뮤니케이션 능력

-국내 거주 외국인도 가능
