Medical Representative(강원)

 

[Tasks and Responsibilities (담당 업무 및 책임)] 

-Achieve or exceed annual sales target and listing management for assigned brands 

-Develops and execute a specific account plan with analyzing market situation and competition plan 

-Builds and develops professional relationships with mainly cardiology and relevant specialties within assigned accounts 

-Gaining deep understanding of customer needs, sharing expert product advice, tailoring data, delivering promotional activities, aligning CV portfolio 

-Priorities time and effort to ensure optimal coverage of appropriate physicians based on opportunity and potential 

-Organize and set-up regular scientific activities with multi-channel for customers in alignment with assigned brand strategy 

-Maintain effective communication and good working relations with the Sales Manager, colleagues of other sales teams and other related departments to ensure smooth operations and synergies

-Maintain detailed records of all contacts and meetings and creating reports when needed 

-Comply with local regulations, industry and company policies and code of conduct 

 

[Qualifications/Requirement (자격/조건)]

-Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field 

-Minimum 5years of work experience in pharmaceutical industry 

-Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation and sales skills

-Preferred experience of hospital sector in Ganwon area 

-Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales 

-Energetic, enthusiastic, self-driven, organized, and willing to work extensively in field
