[Tasks and Responsibilities (담당 업무 및 책임)]

[Sales Planning]

1. Ensure sales area team performance management, including monthly / yearly target management, constant follow-up, incentivization (Sales incentive program) in line with actual performance and continuous performance improvements for sales area team

2. Ensure sales related data and analysis reports timely for supporting the management's decision making and better performance of sales area team

3. Facilitate sales forecasting and demand planning effectively and precisely in close collaboration with sales area teams and supply chain management team

5. Manage the operating yearly and monthly sales & OPEX budget and forecasting in line with defined country strategy

6. Collaborate with other related functions as system key user (SAP etc.)

[Sales Excellence]

7. Optimize sales operation process to make sure commercial organization more efficient and competent

8. Lead the sales force excellence initiative and ensure the implementation of sales force excellence framework and training program within the organization

[Qualifications/Requirement (자격/조건)]

-Bachelor's degree or above

-Preferred more than 5 years of working experiences in agrochemical industry

-Working level in spoken and written English

-Advanced MS office & SAP skills

-High level of Interpersonal and communication skill

-Good analytic capability including the ability to solve problem effectively

[Job Specific Skills]

-In-depth knowledge of agrochemical industry/products/customer

-In-depth knowledge of the business concept and operational activities of Crop Science Business

-Good understanding of sales, financials, marketing, legal principle and framework

-Good understanding of company internal issues, process and strategies

근무 형태: 정규직

근무 요일/시간: 주 5일(월~금)

근무 지역: 서울특별시 영등포구 여의대로 108, 타워2 (파크원)

급여: 회사내규에 따름
