[Bayer Cropscience] Head of NEA Industrial Sales


[Tasks and Responsibilities (담당 업무 및 책임)]

-Lead country IDS teams to achieve sales and profit target by managing the business relationship with industrial partners/customers

-Establish and maintain trustful relationship with industrial business partners (key accounts)

-Develop sales strategy based on overall product life cycle management plan for NEA country cluster

-Explore new ideas for in-license, out-license and joint development/marketing projects

-Collaborate with marketing team to develop mid-to-long term portfolio (product life cycle management) and IDS business strategy

-Manage pricing negotiation with national/regional cooperative organization based on cross-functional collaboration especially with marketing team

-Align on sales plan based on IDS customers’ production schedule and execute coordinated sell-in activities

-Support customers’ new launch and sellout activities

-Drive collaboration for cross functional problem solving (e.g., Monthly Cycle Meeting)


[Qualifications/Requirement (자격/조건)]

-University degree

-More than 10 years’ experience in crop protection industry preferably in sales, business development and product development

-Proven strategy, marketing, planning and negotiation skills

-Expertise in product life cycle management and key account management in crop protection industry

-Strong people leadership and interpersonal skills

-Fluent in English and either Korean or Japanese
