[Tasks and Responsibilities (담당 업무 및 책임)]

Responsible for on-time availability of 3rd party  materials to ensure continuous production as planned of Bayer CropScience Korea Ltd, related to crop protection and environmental science represented in sites all over the country to ensure leverage effect by bundling all BCS requirements 

[Qualifications/Requirement (자격/조건)]

Professional experience/skills:

-  An ability to work logically and analytically with a minimum of supervision based on agreed action plans

-  Knowledge of the purchasing process as well as an understanding and knowledge of the general operation

-  Knowledge of Procurement Environment in which the BCS Agricultural business operates and Agrochemical business as it relates to the Korean market desirable 

-  Business experience in administration department (e.g. planning, demand management, procurement, supply chain management or logistics..) more than three years 

-  University degree in academic careers

-  Ability to possess good relationship with internal/external customers

Tools:

-  A working knowledge of MS Office and the various packages therein 

-  SAP, APO (in particular MRP), Balanced Scored Card

Language:  Good communication of English in writing, reading and speaking
